WOZ objection by municipality

Where your WOZ objection letter must go differs per municipality: many outsource their taxes to a regional agency. Look up your municipality for the right address and the deadline.

Here's how to check your W-O-Z value, with Woonbelasting.

Step one. Enter your postcode and house number. That's all it needs.

Then tap: Work out my saving.

Step two. You see the assessed W-O-Z value, the floor area, and how the value has changed.

It compares your home with similar homes nearby. Here, there wasn't enough data for a verdict, and it says so honestly.

You can still create an objection letter.

Step three. Add your name. Your address is already filled in.

Use your municipality's postal address,

and add the number and date of your W-O-Z decision. You'll see how many days you have left.

Step four. Choose why the value is too high, and add a short explanation.

Step five. Review your letter. It's in Dutch, and you can still edit everything.

A short pro-forma objection keeps your deadline safe while you gather evidence.

Then download the PDF, sign it, and send it yourself.

It's free, with no account and no cookies. And your letter isn't stored on the server.

That's it! Try it at woonbelastingcheck dot N L.
